If you friend request me and you have no profile picture, I immediately DECLINE - upload a profile picture of you! This is 2019, it's not hard - I want to know who I'm connecting with as a person, not an account!
If I check your profile and you have barely any details/no details, I will DECLINE.
Short story is - everyone, put in some effort to your profile! Take off your coat and stay a while! With such little effort put in to your own damn profile that tells me you're not staying around and dipping your toe in the water. If that's your level of commitment, I'm not interested in being connected to you on here.
